DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 21 February 2007 that Legal & General Group plc and
its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest in 3,381,967 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company representing 3.23% of the voting rights of the
shares in issue.
