The company was notified on 30 th June 2004 that UBS Global Asset Management
Holding (No.2) Ltd and its subsidiary company, UBS Global Asset Management Life
Ltd, now hold a notifiable interest in 5,435,214 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company representing an increase from 4.69% to 6.43% of the total shares in
issue.
