DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 3rd June that Standard Life Investments have
reduced their notifiable interest to 3,287,883 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company representing a reduction from 4.18% to 3.89% of the total shares in
issue. The shares are held in a Vidacos Nominee Account.
