DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 26th May that Legal & General Group plc and its
subsidiary companies now hold a notifiable interest in 4,241,317 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company representing 5.02% of the total shares in
issue. The shares are held in several HSBC Global Custody Nominee Accounts.
