The Company has received notification from Graham Kettleborough, its Chief
Executive Officer, that he has purchased 246 Ordinary 5p shares, representing
0.0003% of the shares in issue, on the 13th October 2004 at a price of 104.36p
per share. Following the share purchase Graham Kettleborough's holding is
14,677 shares, representing 0.017% of the shares in issue.
The notification was received on the 15th October 2004.
