Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification from Graham Kettleborough, its Chief
Executive Officer, that he has purchased 5000 Ordinary 5p shares, representing
0.006% of the shares in issue, on the 16th August 2004 at a price of 96p per
share. Following the share purchase Graham Kettleborough's holding is 14,431
shares, representing 0.017% of the shares in issue.

The notification was received on the 16th August 2004.
