Executive Officer, that he has purchased 5000 Ordinary 5p shares on the 12th
August 2004 at a price of 95.7p per share. Following the share purchase Graham
Kettleborough's holding is 9,431 shares, representing 0.0001% of the shares in
issue.
The notification was received on the 12th August 2004.
