Executive Officer, that he has purchased 3,209 Ordinary 5p shares, representing
0.003% of the shares in issue, on the 3rd November 2005 at a price of 153.94p
per share. Following the share purchase Graham Kettleborough's holding is
19,659 shares, representing 0.019% of the shares in issue.
The notification was received on the 3rd November 2005.
