that he has purchased 7,500 Ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.007% of the
shares in issue, on the 23rd January 2009. The purchase was at a price of
118.40p. Following this transaction Ken Romney's holding is 37,976 shares,
representing 0.037% of the shares in issue.
