that he has purchased 15,000 Ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.015% of the
shares in issue, on the 9th January 2009. The purchase was at a price of
130.90p. Following this transaction Ken Romney's holding is 30,476 shares,
representing 0.030% of the shares in issue.
