Executive Officer, that he has purchased 10,000 Ordinary 5p shares,
representing 0.01% of the shares in issue, on the 4th September 2008. The
purchase was in two tranches, 7812 shares at a price of 137.40p and 2188 shares
at a price of 136.67p. Following this transaction Graham Kettleborough's
holding is 42,600 shares, representing 0.041% of the shares in issue.
