The Company has received notification from Graham Kettleborough, its Chief
Executive Officer, that he has purchased 4000 Ordinary 5p shares, representing
0.004% of the shares in issue, on the 10th January 2008. The purchase was at a
price of 162.90p. Following this transaction Graham Kettleborough's holding is
30,000 shares, representing 0.029% of the shares in issue.
The notification was received on the 10th January 2008.
