Executive Officer, that he has purchased 6000 Ordinary 5p shares, representing
0.006% of the shares in issue, on the 8th November 2007. The purchase was in
two transactions, 4675 shares at a price of 164.94p per share and 1325 shares
at a price of 164.40p. Following these transactions Graham Kettleborough's
holding is 26,000 shares, representing 0.025% of the shares in issue.
