The Notice of Annual General Meeting includes a special resolution to approve
the adoption of new Articles of Association, amended to incorporate changes
brought about by the Companies Act 2006. A copy of the proposed new Articles of
Association (together with a document showing the changes to the existing
Articles of Association) has therefore also been lodged with the UK Listing
Authority in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2 and
will shortly be available for inspection. A summary of the principal changes to
the Articles of Association is set out in the Notes to the Resolutions
contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
