Chemring Group PLC announces that, following eight years of loyal service,
initially as Chief Executive and subsequently as a non-executive director,
Peter Molony has retired from the Board with immediate effect. The Board thanks
Mr Molony for his commitment and efforts over the years, and wishes him well in
his retirement.
