Blue Chip Value Income Fund Limited notified the Company that as a result of a
sale of 50,000 Ordinary 25p shares on 3 November 2005, they now hold a total of
750,000 Ordinary 25p shares in the Company, representing 4.62% of the issued
class of capital.
