Small Companies Dividend Trust PLC
The Company is today advised by iimia Investment Group plc(`iimia') that they
have ceased to act as Investment Managers on behalf of Dartmoor Investment
Trust PLC, with effect from 31 March 2006. As a result, iimia's interest in the
Company's shares is no longer notifiable.
