June 2002 they sold 379,712 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company, on behalf of
discretionary funds under management.

The total number of shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and
its associated companies is 2,820,288 Ordinary 25p shares, representing 17.91%
of the issued class of capital.
