May 2002 they sold 500,000 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company, on behalf of
Leveraged Income Fund Limited.

Leveraged Income Fund Limited now holds 300,000 Ordinary 25p shares,
representing 1.90% of the issued class of capital.

The total number of shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and
its associated companies is 3,600,000 Ordinary 25p shares, representing 22.86%
of the issued class of capital.
