Dividend Declaration

SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC

The Company has declared a fourth interim dividend and Special Dividend in respect of the year 1^st May 2014 to 30^th April 2015.

A fourth interim dividend of 2.40p per Ordinary share will be paid on 3^rd July 2015 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 26^th June 2015, with an ex-dividend date of 25^th July 2015.

The Special Dividend of 0.30p shall be paid on 3^rd July 2015 to holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 26^th June 2014, with an ex-dividend date of 25^th June 2015.
