SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year
1 May 2013 to 30 April 2014.
A second interim dividend of 1.475p per Ordinary share will be paid on
10 January 2014 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at
27 December 2013, with an ex-dividend date of 23 December 2013.
