SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year
1 May 2011 to 30 April 2012.
The third interim dividend of 1.35p net per Ordinary share will be paid on
10 April 2012 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at
30 March 2012, with an ex-dividend date of 28 March 2012.
