SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year
1 May 2009 to 30 April 2010.
The third interim dividend of 1.25p net per Ordinary share will be paid on
1 April 2010 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 5 March 2010.
