SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year
1 May 2010 to 30 April 2011.
The third interim dividend of 1.30p net per Ordinary share will be paid on
4 April 2011 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at
25 March 2011, with an ex-dividend date of 23 March 2011.
