SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year
1 May 2007 to 30 April 2008.
The third interim dividend of 3.20p net per Ordinary share will be paid on 31
March 2008 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 7 March 2008.
