Small Companies Dividend Trust plc (‘Company’) has been advised that Lord Lamont, a Director of the Company, acquired 5,400 Ordinary shares on 4 August 2015 at a price of 180 pence each.
As a result of the above, Lord Lamont's notifiable interest in the Company's shares now totals 68,768 Ordinary shares, which represents approximately 0.415% of the Company’s issued share capital.
