purchased 299 Ordinary shares on 14 July 2014 at a price of 180.890p each. The
shares were purchased via a dividend reinvestment arrangement.

Lord Lamont's notifiable interest in the Company's shares now totals 63,018
Ordinary shares, representing 0.38% of the issued share capital.
