purchased on 5 October 2011, 137 Ordinary shares at a price of 92.06p each. The
shares were purchased via a dividend reinvestment arrangement.

Lord Lamont's notifiable interest in the Company's shares now totals 51,940
Ordinary shares, representing 0.32% of the issued share capital.
