purchased on 12 July 2011, 203 Ordinary shares at a price of 104.50p each. The
shares were purchased via a dividend reinvestment arrangement.

Lord Lamont's notifiable interest in the Company's shares now totals 50,751
Ordinary shares, representing 0.31% of the issued share capital.
