The Company has been advised that Mr William van Heesewijk, a Director of the
Company, purchased on 17 July 2007, 43 ordinary shares at a price of 233p each.
The shares were purchased pursuant to a regular monthly standing order through
the Chelverton Savings Plan.

Mr van Heesewijk is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 18,985
ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital.
