Small Companies Dividend Trust PLC
In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R the Company announces that Mr D Harris, a
Director of the Company, has been appointed a non-executive director of
Manchester and London Investment Trust plc.
Mr Harris has also resigned as a non-executive director of Osprey Smaller
Companies Income Fund Limited.
Both of these announcements are with effect from 29 May 2009.
