Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 31 May 2012 it purchased 100,000 Ordinary 1p
shares for treasury at a price of 26p per share. Following this transaction the
number of Ordinary shares in issue remains 11,884,283 of which 100,000 are now
held in treasury.

The number of Ordinary shares for the purpose of total voting rights is
11,784,283.
