The Company announces that on 20 August 2010 it purchased 70,000 Ordinary 1p
shares for treasury at a price of 17p per share. Following this transaction the
number of Ordinary shares in issue remains 14,864,827 of which 145,000 are now
held in treasury.
The number of Ordinary shares for the purpose of total voting rights is
14,719,827.
