The Company announces that on 23 April 2010 it purchased 50,000 Ordinary 1p
shares for cancellation at a price of 17p per share.
Following this transaction the number of shares in issue is 14,814,827 of which
none are held in treasury.
The total voting rights figure is now 14,814,827.
