The Company announces that on 3 August 2007 it purchased 34,169 Ordinary 1p
shares for cancellation at a price of 42p per share.
Following this transaction the number of shares in issue is 18,107,770, of
which 607,770 are held in treasury.
The total voting rights figure is now 17,500,000.
