Chelverton Growth Trust PLC
The Company announces that on 17 April 2007 it purchased 50,000 Ordinary 1p
shares for treasury at a price of 38p per share, pursuant to the authority
granted at its Annual General Meeting held on 20 December 2006.
Following this transaction the number of shares in issue remains at 18,141,939,
of which 557,770 are now held in treasury.
The total voting rights figure is now 17,584,169.
