CHELVERTON GROWTH TRUST PLC
The Company has today been informed that on 24 November 2005, Mrs Mary Horner
purchased 80,000 Ordinary 1p shares at a price of 32 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr David Horner, the Managing Director of
Chelverton Asset Management Limited (the investment managers of Chelverton
Growth Trust PLC) is deemed to be interested in a total of 1,330,000 Ordinary
1p Shares (representing 7.33% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
