CHELVERTON GROWTH TRUST PLC
The Company has today been informed that on 18 February 2005 Chelverton Asset
Management Ltd (the investment manager of Chelverton Growth Trust PLC)
purchased 200,000 Ordinary 1p shares at the price of 34.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, David Horner, the Managing Director of Chelverton
Asset Management Limited, is interested in a total of 1,221,368 Ordinary 1p
Shares (representing 6.72% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
