CHELVERTON GROWTH TRUST PLC
The Company has been informed that David Horner, the Managing Director of
Chelverton Asset Management Limited (the investment managers of Chelverton
Growth Trust PLC) today purchased 24,632 Ordinary 1p shares at the price of 34
pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Horner is interested in a total of 1,250,000
Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 6.89% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
