CHELVERTON GROWTH TRUST PLC
The Company has been notified that David Horner, a Director of the Company and
the Managing Director of Chelverton Asset Management Limited (the investment
managers of Chelverton Growth Trust PLC) today sold 250,000 Ordinary 1p shares
at the price of 21.75 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Horner is interested in a total of 448,163
Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 3.35% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
