The Company announces that Mr GE Stevens, a Director of the Company, purchased
today 53,890 Ordinary shares at a price of 34 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Stevens on behalf of himself and his wife, is
interested in a total of 1,832,000 Ordinary shares (representing 10.39% of the
total number of shares in circluation).
