The Company announces that Mrs J Stevens, wife of Mr GE Stevens, a Director of
the Company, sold 228,500 Ordinary shares on 26 June 2007.
Following this transaction, Mr Stevens is interested in a total of 1,571,500
Ordinary shares (representing 8.96% of the total number of shares in
circluation).
