Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of CEPS PLC will be held
at Engineers' House, The Promenade, Clifton Down, Bristol at 11.30 a.m. on
Friday 20 June 2008.

The report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 is being posted to
