"Company") today received notification that Charles Stanley & Co Ltd has an
interest in 7,205,556 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately
4.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The shares are registered
in the name of Rock Nominees Limited and comprise discretionary client funds
held by Charles Stanley.
