Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules on 14 May 2008 the Company received the following notification from Mr
Mark Thistlethwayte:-

NOTIFICATION

On 14 May 2008, Mr Mark Thistlethwayte acquired 75,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 39p per share on behalf of his three children.

As a result of this purchase his combined beneficial interest in the Company is
now 1,200, 000 ordinary shares representing 14.43% of the issued share capital
of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 8,314,231 ordinary shares of 5p
each.
