The board of CEPS, the AIM quoted diverse industrial services company focused
on the aggregation of smaller profitable companies with entrepreneurial drive
and strong management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vivien
Langford as Finance Director with immediate effect. Vivien, who is the Company
Secretary of CEPS and hitherto financial controller, is a chartered accountant
with significant experience in small public companies.
