CEPS PLC ("CEPS" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company acquiring

companies, confirms that, in accordance with AIM Rule 20, its annual report and
accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 has been sent to shareholders
today.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of CEPS PLC will be held
