Preliminary Announcement of Results: Dividend Timetable

The Company announces that, subject to approval at the forthcoming Annual
General Meeting on 8 July 2015, the dividend timetable is:

Ex-dividend date: 4 June 2015
Record date: 5 June 2015
Payment date: 17 July 2015

Capital Gearing operates as an investment company as defined under s. 833
Companies Act 2006. Its investment objective is to achieve capital growth in
absolute terms principally through investment in quoted closed-ended and other
collective investment vehicles with a willingness to hold cash, bonds,
index-linked securities and commodities when appropriate.
