The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 37,840 ordinary shares in the
Company on 24th November 2010 at a price of 669.62p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 14,429,801 shares in Treasury
and has 613,047,894 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
