On 3 March 2014, the following transaction took place in relation to Ordinary
shares of 2 1/15p each in the Company in respect of the following Directors of
the Company:

Andy Parker, Gordon Hurst, Maggi Bell, Vic Gysin and Dawn Marriott-Sims

Grant of Options - Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 ("LTIP")

The Directors referred to above were granted nil priced unapproved options
under the LTIP, in the amounts set out below:

Andy Parker: 131,579 Ordinary Shares

Gordon Hurst: 83,333 Ordinary Shares

Maggi Bell: 74,561 Ordinary Shares

Vic Gysin: 74,561 Ordinary Shares

Dawn Marriott-Sims: 65,789 Ordinary Shares
